Jubilant Ingrevia is engaged in manufacturing of anhydrous and hydrous ethanol from molasses by state-of-art plants at Gajraula and Nira units having production capacity of 150000 litres per day at both the units. The plant incorporates multi pressure distillation and multi effect evaporation technology and complies with Zero Liquid Discharge norms. The plants are capable of producing Rectified Spirit, Denatured Spirit and Fuel Ethanol as per international quality standards. Our strengths are dispatch & storage facility along with world class quality control labs.

The distillery can produce the following products:

Rectified Spirit (RS)

We produce Rectified Spirit (RS) as per BIS specification (IS-323). RS is used by potable liquor producers for producing country liquor or can be further processed to produce Extra Neutral Alcohol. We supply RS to buyers all over India.

Denatured Spirit (DS)

We produce Denatured Spirit as per requirements of the customer conforming to International Standards.

Fuel Ethanol (FE)

We produce Fuel Ethanol as per BIS specification (IS-323). Fuel Ethanol is used by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for blending with motor spirit (Petrol).

Absolute Alcohol (AA)

We produce Absolute Alcohol as per requirement of customers mainly used by pharmaceutical companies, specialty chemicals, agro customers and fragrance manufacturers.
