Graduation Ceremony and Plant Visit of Mentees Under WeMentorship.
The WeMentorship project has been started in collaboration with Head Held High Foundation (HHH) to increase the participation of young women in the manufacturing sector. 20 mentees from Govt. ITI College have been shortlisted for 80 hours of training on Career Guidance and 21st century skill.
The Mentors organised an interaction session with the mentees, led by Mr. Umesh Sharma, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr. Jagat Sharma and Mr. Yuvraj. Key speakers included Mr. Umesh Sharma, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr. Jagat Sharma and Mr. Yuvraj.

The Yojnakendra initiative of Haqdarshak has linked 4997 people to various social security schemes. 1984 people have received social security scheme cards in Gajraula block. Refresher training is being organised on the Screening application for HDs (Haqdarshak agent). This application helps Haqdarshaks provide detail to beneficiaries on eligible schemes..

JBF Vocational Training Center provides computer training to 40 students on basic computer skills, MS Office, C++, Java and typing. Certificates are awarded for c-programming, TALLY, Basic and advanced computer skills.
Saral Jeevan Saheli
Frontier Markets is a tech-first women-led social commerce platform connecting end-to-end solutions to rural customers via technology and women entrepreneurs. The Saral Jeevan Sahelis network of 12,500+ women entrepreneurs focuses on providing additional source of livelihood for Self Help Group (SHG) women.
“Digital Sakhi”, a rural distribution platform initiative of Frontier Market, has been initiated at Gajraula to promote rural women entrepreneurs and connect rural areas to the e-commerce platform. 545 Sahelis have been on-boarded and will take orders of FMCG, Agriculture, & electronic products by doing door-to-door visit in their villages. The Sahelis have generated a business of more than 10 lac till date.
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre(JBFMC) and Ayushmaan Card Campaign.
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has started community health care services, including JBFMC and Mobile Health Camp, to empower the community and strengthen the health care facility. In April, 1576 outgoing patients were registered at JBFMC and 1356 were registered through Mobile Dispensary. Special Eye OPD was organised in collaboration with Centre for Sight, Moradabad, with 14 beneficiaries availing the service. Special Cardio and Ortho OPD camp was also organised at JBFMC in collaboration with Yatharth Hospital Institute, Ghaziabad. Total of 15 patients were benefitted with this camp
CLAP Project (Continued Learning Access Project)
HP and JBF started the CLAP (Continued Learning Access Project) project to address the issue of online education. 7187 beneficiaries have registered under the project, with 565 having completed 20-hour training on computer skills, finance management and vocational courses. 234 students have completed certification courses with HP Life portal. A special digital art competition was organised on the topic Save water, with 50 students participating the same.
Muskaan Vigyanshala
JBF and Agastya Foundation have started Muskaan Vigyaanshala project (Mobile Science Lab) to promote science education among primary and upper primary school students. Key topics covered were Astronomy & States of Matter with the help of science models. Sessions were completed in government schools such as Tigaria Khadar, Khungawali, UPS-Kanya Gajraula, Bhanpur & Sihali Jageer.

ALFA Kit Installation and Training Program.
JBF in collaboration with HP and NIIT foundation has started HP ALFA project. This project aims to digitise the classroom from 8 to 12. Under HP ALFA (Accessible Learning for All) project 25 Inter college has been digitised. Digital kit contains LED, Chromebook, Printer and educational content from class 8 to 12. This project also focuses on providing vocational training courses to the students of 25 students. Total of 41 kit have been installed in these 25 college.

WEMentorship- Senior Leadership Directly Trained Rural Women
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Savli organised a day long workshop for all its trainees in the plant with the senior management team. 15 ITI trainees visited the Jubilant Ingrevia plant, where Ms. Vinita Koul, Mr. Sumit Das and Mr. Ashish Sinha interacted with them. Three more sessions were taken by Mr. Anurag Kishan, Mr. Rahul Garg and Mr. Sarvanakumarji. World Malaria Day Celebration
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Savli organised a Malaria awareness session for community members of Mata Bhagol, Savli on World Malaria Awareness Day. Good hygiene practices such as clean surroundings, using mosquito nets, wearing protective clothing, and getting rid of breeding sites were discussed by Medical Officer Dr. Mayur Nakum.
Jubifarm- Farmer Intervention Initiative
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Savli and Farm Bridge organised an initial interaction with farmers of Five Villages to understand their challenges. A 4-year intervention program is planned to use scientific methods like soil testing, seed modification, control of fertilisers, and improvement of agricultural tools to yield more productivity, reduce labour and time intensive processes, andincrease income by four times.

WEMentorship Mentees Industrial Tour
JBF has launched a project called “WEMentorship” to empower up to 20 young women on a yearly basis through 21st century skills, career guidance & counselling. This project is implementing with 20 young women of Government ITI College, Malegaon/ BK, Baramati, Pune. An industrial tour was organised to give practical education to the students of about the industrial procedure and its facility. 25 students of “ITI” participated accompanying 3 faculty and 1 trainer. Students got orientation on EHS dept. by Mr. Nishant Phad (EHS Head), Information Technology by Mr. Abhishekhn Pagare (IT Dept), Electrical Department by Mr. Dagade and draftsman Civil Department by Mr. Dinesh Shedge. Mr. Satish Bhat, VP (O) & Site Head, Mr. Subramnya Bhat (Production Head & Sr. Director), Mr. Mukesh Singh (Finance Head), Mr. Rajendrakumar Raghav (Engineer Head), Mr. Isak Mujawar (PR Head), Mr. Yuvraj Kale coordinated the program.
World’s Health Day
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation, Nira. celebrated a World Health Day on 7th April 2023 to raise awareness about Hemoglobin and various measures to combat health challenges. The students of Samta Ashram School, Padegaon participated in a Poster competition and conducted a Hemoglobin Check-up camp through mobile dispensary. Dr. Sharmila Inamke and Dr. Chandrakant Inamke coordinated the camp and Ms. Sayali Funde (CSR) was present. For raising awareness on Hemoglobin Jubilant Bhartia Foundation,Nira., conducted a Hemoglobin Check-up camp through mobile dispensary. Z.P. School, Padegaon Got ISO Certification 9001-2015
Padegaon (Satara) is a primary school of Zilla Parishad (ZP) which has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 Certification of quality management and infrastructure System. Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF) has taken the initiative to fulfill the standards to gain ISO Certification, and Jubilant Ingrevia IT department has supported to establish ICT lab and JBF Muskan project has given a 52 inch LED with audio visual facilities to students. This has set an example for other schools to follow.

The Jubilant Bhartia Foundation's community healthcare initiative provides 16 villages around their Special Economic Zone (SEZ) location with public healthcare that is affordable, accessible, and equitable. Patients who visit the Out Patient Department receive guidance and education on how to integrate healthier habits into their everyday lives. The Jubilant Bhartia Foundation Medical Centre has started day-care services for the underprivileged local residents, and has provided diagnoses and delivered medicine to 1,497 patients in this month.
Muskaan Kitaab Ghar
Jubilant Bhartia Foundation has launched Muskaan Kitaab Ghar, a library enabled with a Library Management System (LMS), which aims to establish up to 1000 libraries across India for underserved students. This Muskaan Kitaab Ghar classroom library kit has a collection of kid-friendly literature in both English and local dialects. This project aims to inculcate reading skills, foster learning through reading, and shape young minds. The library kits have so far reached 112 classrooms of Government Primary Schools in Bharuch, benefiting 19,333 students. Along with the library kits, the schools are also receiving a metal open bookshelf, Muskaan Kitaab Ghar Application Training, and T-shirts for the teachers who will act as the libraries' coordinators in their particular schools.
HP ALFA (Accessible Learning for All): Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools Digitalisation Project
The Jubilant Bhartia Foundation (JBF), in collaboration with HP India, launched the HP Alfa (Accessible Learning for All) project to bridge the digital divide and provide digital classrooms for secondary and higher secondary schools in remote areas with limited access to educational resources, thereby improving their access to digital learning. A number of 28 schools have been given resources such as digital screens, content devices, computer devices, printers, and other digital devices to incorporate technology into learning. The project's goal is to improve educational quality and fulfill students' educational and learning requirements.
To assist the teachers in effectively using the training materials and digital classrooms, teacher training workshops were organised. Teachers were briefed on the project's background and goals, shown how to use the kit and download e-content on devices, and instructed on enrolling students for HP Life courses. This initiative is receiving a positive response from schools, as this program improves student learning and prepares them for the digital era, thereby benefiting schools.
WEMentorship Program: Plant Visit, Certification Ceremony & Session with Jubilant Senior Management Team
30 female students from Government Engineering College and ITI Bharuch College were selected for the project and underwent 80 hours of training on topics like 21st-century skills, employability skills, leadership training, personality development, entrepreneurship training, mentoring, career guidance, and counselling. Upon the completion of the 80-hour WeMentorship training curriculum, a plant visit was planned for the mentees of the programme on 10th April, 2023. The plant visit was attended by 11 mentees from Government Engineering College and ITI Bharuch, as well as their faculty.
Mentees were given orientation to the HR Department, the Administration and Security Department, the Niacinamide Plant, and the 3-Cyano Pyridine Plant at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, Bharuch. During the plant visit, students were exposed to the processes of niacin and 3CP and their industrial applications, i.e., cosmetics. They also learned about GMP manufacturing and how various departments (i.e., QC and QA) work together in an industrial plant. Equipment’s like a dryer, chiller, cooling tower, heat exchanger, and distillation column were also explained. They acquired knowledge of DCS and the instruments used in the quality control laboratory. The mentees were also addressed by Mr. Atul Sharma (Site Head) and Mr. Tushar Desai (HR Head). Overall, the plant visit was very informative and improved all of the mentees' practical understanding of the manufacturing facility.
In addition to the training and plant visit, WeMentorship aspirants had the opportunity to experience a virtual session with Jubilant's Senior Management Team.
On 26th April, 2023, Mr. Prakash Chandra Bisht (President and Chief Financial Officer) led a virtual session on career aspirations, goal setting, life challenges, and interview preparation with 15 WeMentorship Mentees based in Bharuch. During the workshop, Mr. Prakash discussed the variety of career aspirations, including short-term and long-term objectives. He emphasised the importance of setting career goals and developing an actionable strategy while emphasising the need to develop a realistic roadmap for accomplishing those goals. In addition, he discussed the challenges that individuals may face as they pursue their careers. The attendees expressed their appreciation for Mr. Prakash Bisht's guidance and expertise, and they left the meeting feeling more confident and prepared for their future career endeavours.
Soochnapreneur Project - Yojana Camp, Bharuch
The Soochnapreneur Project, a joint initiative of the Jubilant Bhartia Foundation and the Digital Empowerment Foundation, has enrolled ten women from Vagra Taluka, Bharuch, as Soochnapreneurs. These Soochnapreneurs have received training and digital resources like laptops and printers to open their own centres and provide a variety of services to the community. Mr. Kunjal Vasava, the district coordinator for the DEF Project, and the Soochnapreneurs hosted Yojana Camps in the villages of Bhersam, Derol, and Tralsa during this month. Various government programs, including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Manav Kalyan Scheme, Vahli Dikri Yojana, Vruddh Pension Yojna, and others, were discussed during awareness sessions held in these villages. The camps were beneficial to a total of 70 people across all 3 villages. All the Soochnapreneurs who ran the camps earned between Rs. 1,500 and Rs. 2,000, which gave them a sense of financial autonomy and a great motivation to succeed.
