RISE – Recognition and Incentives for Surge Excellence launched: : A carefully curated bundle of benefits designed for employees supporting Jubilant Ingrevia’s digital journey was introduced on 5th Oct, 2023. Identified champions will be recognized, rewarded and will get good learning and development opportunities as part of the program.
Manufacturing Excellence through Surge: With the help of data science techniques, improvement in production yield were observed at Gajraula, Nira and Bharuch manufacturing facilities for Diketene, 3CP, P2E and AC2O. For 3CP, improvement in throughput was also observed. Trials for other molecules are also underway.
