The emulsifier in poultry feed boasts a high Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance (HLB) value ranging from 8 to 12, guaranteeing the stable formation of emulsions. Furthermore, the emulsifier facilitates the formation of smaller radii micelles in the gut, promoting enhanced lipase activity.
