REACH

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has well-established systems for ensuring continued and proactive compliance with European Union REACH requirements. All our products for Europe have appropriate REACH registrations. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has also registered several products as the Lead Registrant in Europe. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited had a successful REACH inspection carried out by the National Enforcement Authority of the EU member state. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited REACH support handles various notification and registration requirements including C&L notification, Pre-registration and Registration. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited REACH support also actively tracks the volume bands of registered products and, where required, upgrades the registered volume bands proactively. Apart from the European Union REACH compliance, Jubilant Ingrevia Limited also complies with other global REACH- like regulations of Korea REACH, Japan CSCL, China MEP Order 7, Turkey REACH, and USA TSCA.

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has a strong portfolio of Vitamins and Animal nutrition products. Our food, feed and nutrition regulatory team provides regulatory support for product registrations in various countries and regions. The Jubilant Ingrevia Limited regulatory team is well experienced with product listing and notifications requirements in US, EU registrations and authorisation. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited registered it’s various nutritional products such as Niacin, Niacinamide, Choline Chloride, Jubidol etc successfully in various countries including EU, Brazil , Thailand, Taiwan, China. Jubilant Ingrevia Limited regulatory also supports Product listings with USFDA, site accreditation to PMDA Japan and relevant registrations with other regulatory bodies as required. Safety Data Sheets

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited provides UN-GHS and European CLP -compliant Safety Data Sheets (SDS).Where required, CLP compliant SDS in local European languages, annexed with the Identified Uses and Exposure Scenario are provided to the European customers.,

In addition, SDS in Chinese, Korean and Japanese languages are provided to our Asian customers.

The UN GHS SDS are available for download from our website for all our products These SDS give important information about our products, such as safe handling , storage and disposal. The SDS on jubl.com are generally the latest versions and new SDS are added on an ongoing basis.
