Campus Hiring: GETs & MTs and Intern Program
The Campus hiring program is aimed at hiring the best talent and nurturing them to become the future leaders of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited. We have two hiring processes: Full time (Graduate Engineer Trainees and Management Trainees) and Summer Interns.
The Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) are deployed at Manufacturing sites whereas Management Trainees (MT) are deployed at Businesses and functions. Each trainee goes through stints in various departments that help in building knowledge and providing exposure to all business functions. The GET/MT program is focused on preparing fresh talent for the challenges of tomorrow and creates a breeding ground for leadership roles.
The Summer Interns work on impactful projects that drive business results and helps Jubilant Ingrevia Limited build a superior talent pipeline.
