Well-defined processes and procedures are established covering all aspects of the entire value chain.
The Quality management systems are in line with different applicable ISO standards such as ISO 9001, Food and Feed Safety System Certifications viz. FAMI QS, FSSC 22000 for the various products manufactured at the sites. We comply with Indian drug regulatory/WHO GMP requirements for the sites involved in manufacturing Pharmaceutical actives and Pharma intermediates.
Quality Control
Jubilant Ingrevia Limited has well-established Quality Control laboratories in all manufacturing sites. The analytical instruments in the Quality control labs are complying with the requirements of electronic data control in line with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. The laboratories are manned by qualified and trained manpower. The central Quality control laboratory at Gajraula is also NABL accredited.
