Full-time Early Careers: GETs & MTs

The Campus hiring program is aimed at hiring the best talent and nurturing them to become the future leaders of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited. We have two hiring processes: Full time (Graduate Engineer Trainees and Management Trainees) and Summer Interns.

Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) are deployed at Manufacturing sites, while Management Trainees (MTs) are deployed at businesses and functions. Each trainee goes through stints in various departments—building foundational knowledge, understanding cross-functional linkages, and gaining exposure to how decisions translate into on-ground execution.

Summer Interns

Summer Interns work on impactful projects that drive business results and help build a strong talent pipeline. Internships are structured to create learning through delivery—so you don’t just observe; you contribute, present, and leave behind work that teams can build on.
