Sustainability, Built Into How We Operate
Sustainability
Sustainability at Jubilant Ingrevia is built into how we run our sites, design processes and engage across the value chain—so our growth is coupled with measurable progress in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance.
We believe in transparently disclosing our goals, actions, and progress, as we aim to build lasting trust and ensure that our stakeholders’ evolving expectations continue to be integrated with our strategic decisions. This approach helps us stay accountable, value-driven and purposeful so that every action that we take adds towards a more sustainable and resilient future.

Environmental Impact Metrics
Across our manufacturing sites, environmental priorities translate into operational action—cleaner energy sourcing, tighter water management and stronger circularity practices that reduce resource intensity while supporting reliable operations. Water recycling has reached 45%, with zero liquid discharge achieved at three sites, and our renewable-energy roadmap is anchored in the O2 Renewables contract and partnership for defined power sourcing targets.

Social Responsibility Programs
Our social responsibility agenda is designed around long-term community and workforce outcomes—health, education, and local development around manufacturing communities, alongside structured initiatives that support safe, inclusive workplaces. Our disclosures include community reach through initiatives such as Jubicare and education and health interventions reported across the year.
Governance & Ethics
Responsible business conduct is sustained through formal policies, training, accessible grievance mechanisms and oversight—supporting a workplace and operating environment that is accountable and compliant. Our sustainability reporting and ESG governance are reinforced through recognised frameworks, and our disclosures include commitments such as zero tolerance for discrimination and structured Code of Conduct practices and channels.

Sustainability Reports Library
For stakeholders who want the full detail, we publish a Sustainability Report and complementary disclosures to support transparency and comparability. Alongside the Sustainability Report, our reporting library includes TCFD-aligned disclosures and a Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) assessment report.
Carbon Footprint Tracking
Carbon and climate action are managed through measured performance, defined roadmaps and product-level evaluation. We have partnered to strengthen ESG knowledge and use a digital ESG platform to enable real-time tracking of performance under Project JIVAN, and we have also completed product carbon footprint studies (ISO 14067:2018, cradle-to-gate) for 28 products to quantify and improve product footprints.

Stakeholder Engagement
We engage stakeholders across the value chain and use a double materiality lens to focus on sustainability topics that drive business value while creating positive impact for people and the environment. In FY 2025, our materiality process was aligned (for the first time) with ESRS, integrated into ERM, and validated through leadership and board review—strengthening how priorities translate into action and disclosure.
Policies under Sustainability
Our sustainability governance is anchored in clearly defined policies that guide day-to-day decisions, risk management and accountability. This includes policy frameworks across environment, safety, ethics, inclusion, and responsible operations (e.g., Environment & Sustainability Policy, EHS Policy, CSR Policy, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistle Blower Policy, and other related policies).
