Jubilant Ingrevia’s R&D is designed to reduce scale-up uncertainty before a process reaches manufacturing. The Gajraula pilot plant evaluates reactions across a wide range of pressures and temperatures, and candidates move forward only after hazard reviews, process audits and quality checks—creating a disciplined bridge from experimentation to execution.

Innovation in CDMO and Emerging Segments
Innovation is tightly linked to customer programmes—particularly CDMO and the emerging semiconductor chemicals vertical. The Company has implemented AI-based retrosynthesis tools for faster route design and impurity prediction, and reported active progress across fifteen pharmaceutical molecules and eight to ten semiconductor molecules, alongside two commercial-scale contracts.
In CDMO, late-phase and launch-stage collaborations are supported through validation and transfer into the Bharuch GMP facility, with validation batches already taken forward for DMF filings in regulated markets.
