WINGS (Women Inclusion and Growth Support) advances gender diversity through four focused pillars—Hiring, Capability Building, Culture and Infrastructure—ensuring opportunity is accessible and careers are sustainable.​ Hiring: This expands entry points through structured pathways such as Ascend, which supports women returning after career breaks, and women-focused outreach and campus engagement approach

Capability Building: Curated learning journeys and leadership programs prepare women for higher-impact roles.​ Culture: Ongoing awareness initiatives and our Women Buddy Program foster collaboration, equity and belonging across the organization.

Infrastructure: Safe, inclusive workplace facilities ensure readiness and support across locations.

Fairness in pay and opportunity

We maintain transparent pay structures supported by periodic market benchmarking, and ensure remuneration above statutory minimum wage requirements. To strengthen equity, we periodically review pay fairness through structured assessment mechanisms, including third-party evaluation of gender pay equity and living-wage alignment.

Respect, safeguards and grievance redressal

A safe and respectful workplace requires explicit standards and consistent reinforcement. Our Business Code of Conduct is embedded through training for new joiners and ongoing refreshers, and we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, backed by established grievance redressal mechanisms.
